These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online services, websites, client portals, scheduling systems, virtual classes, and digital content (collectively, the "Services") provided by Green Grass Martial Arts, LLC d/b/a Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Parental Consent

The Services are intended for students, parents, and guardians. Users must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians are responsible for all online activity, registrations, and payments made on behalf of minors.

2. Account Registration

Some features require account creation. You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure

• Ensure all information for minors is provided by a parent or legal guardianYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes related to training, enrollment, communication, and school activities only. You agree not to:

• Misuse class schedules, instructor information, or student data

• Share private class links or member-only content

• Post inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive content

• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Services

4. Online Classes & Training Content

Virtual classes, videos, and instructional materials are provided for educational purposes only. Participation in martial arts training—whether in-person or online—involves inherent physical risks.By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with martial arts training

• You are responsible for ensuring a safe training environment at home

• Online instruction is not a substitute for in-person supervision

5. Payments, Memberships & Billing

‍

If applicable, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout:

‍

• Memberships may be billed monthly or per program

• Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in a written agreement

• Missed classes are not guaranteed to be made up unless stated in your membership agreement

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

6. Cancellations & Freezes

‍

Cancellation and membership freeze policies are governed by your enrollment agreement. Online requests do not guarantee cancellation unless confirmed by the school in writing.

7. User Content & Media Release

‍

If you submit content (including photos, videos, reviews, or comments), you grant us permission to use such content for school-related purposes, including marketing and promotion, unless you notify us in writing otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

‍

All class materials, videos, logos, curriculum, and website content are the property of Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

‍

We may use third-party services for payments, scheduling, video hosting, or communication. We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or performance of third-party platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

‍

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantees regarding availability, results, or uninterrupted access.

11. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Grass Martial Arts, LLC d/b/a Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from:

• Participation in martial arts training

• Use or inability to use online Services

• Technical issues or service interruptions

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Grass Martial Arts, LLC d/b/a Tat Wong Kung Fu Academy, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or misuse of school resources.
